REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Student Transportation Services

Notice is hereby given that the North Bend School District #13 (“District”) is requesting proposals for Student Transportation Services for five consecutive years starting with fiscal year FY2026-27(July 1, 2026 start date). Proposals should be addressed to the North Bend School District #13, Attn: Tim Crider, 1913 Meade Street, North Bend, OR 97459. Proposals can be submitted until 3:00 P.M. Pacific Standard time, on March 6^th, 2026.  Any proposals received after the specified closing time will not be accepted or considered.  Proposals will be reviewed by the District the week of March 16^th through the 20^th, 2026.

Proposals shall include: RFP checklist and Compliance, Proposal Rate Schedule, Proposal Total Cost Sheet, and Resident Bidder.  All required information can be found within the actual RFP posted on the District Website. 

The District reserves the right to: (1) reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements; (2) waive any irregularities or minor informalities and/or (3) reject any or all proposals if it is in the best interests of the District to do so.

The District business department manages the budget, finances, payroll, and accounts payable for the North Bend School District. Tim Crider is the Director of Business and Financial Services for the District.
